Everyone has an opinion. After more than 25 years in HR I’ve had ample opportunity to form a few and for better or for worse, I now have a place to put them.

I firmly believe that HR can play a strong and unique role in moving an organization forward, and that’s what I intend to write about. I’ll cover the spectrum of HR issues, but I have some specialized knowledge in compensation, so that may be a little more heavily represented. I guess we’ll have to see how that goes. And I hope to have guest bloggers from time to time, just to keep things lively.
