Vermont Business Magazine has announced the 2016 Best Places to Work in Vermont in its latest issue. Congratulations to all of the winners! I’ve noticed that many of the winners are members of VBSR and some are certified B Corps. Probably not a coincidence.

If your organization has not participated in the past, it may be worth the effort. Worst case, since non-winners are not published, you receive valuable feedback from your employees through an independent source. More info here.
